LLOYD manufacture very sub-standard products and has pathetic after sales service. I experienced this when I purchased a Lloyd Portable AC for Rs 24000. On switching the AC on, it didn't work. I registered a complaint with lloyd customer care under no LEEL03051385030. The lloyd personnel inspected the unit and found manufacturing defect in the product. I was told that the AC would be replaced by the company but since then I have been give one or the other excuse but the AC has not been replaced.
I am posting this for the benefit of all. JUST DO NOT BUY LLOYD PRODUCTS. THEY ARE TERRIBLY BAD AND THEIR AFTER SALES SERVICE IS IN A VERY SORRY STATE. I approached everybody, talked on phone, wrote mail from Customer Care to SERVICE HEAD to NATIONAL SERVICE COORDINATOR to HEAD OF CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT, but despite this such big manufacturer and such big service team, Lloyd has not been able to replace the defective AC even after 33 days of purchase now.
LLOYD PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE AND WILL CAUSE YOU ANXIETY AND MENTAL HARRASMENT. EVEN SPENDING HUGE AMOUNTS IN BUYING THEM, THE PRODUCTS AND LLOYD SERVICE WILL DISAPPOINT YOU BADLY
