❗SCAM ALERTI rarely post negative feedback, but my ongoing experience with Livspace Patna has been extremely disappointing, and I feel its important to share so others can make informed choices.
I have two projects with themboth are still incomplete despite paying nearly ₹6;.5 lakhs.
Heres what Ive faced so far:
Materials replaced twice, yet still delivered in damaged condition the next time.
Even after 2 months of finalizing the design and making the payment, the team is still confused about the design.
Customer service has been one of the worst Ive experiencedno proper ownership or timely responses.
No deadlines achieved; every promised date has been missed.
Every discussion with their associates turns into heated arguments instead of constructive solutions.
More than 3 months later, the projects are far from completion, and our family is left suffering due to delays and poor service.
Livspaces advertisements promise hassle-free, professional, and timely home interiors. My reality has been the exact oppositefull payment taken, poor execution, repeated mistakes, and zero accountability.
Home interiors are a major financial and emotional investment. Customers deserve quality, commitment, and respect for timelines, not stress and endless follow-ups.
