I recently used Livspace for my home interior design. I deeply regret choosing Livspace for my home interiors. Initially, they maintain excellent communication, and the behavior of the team is pleasant during the booking process. However, once that part is done, everything changes. The design and delivery teams stop caring about the quality or the timely delivery of the product. Even after raising multiple complaints, all you get in return is ignorance. They delay addressing any issues, and their so-called support is non-existent.
They make big promises and even ask for positive reviews and feedback during the early stages by claiming the project will be completed flawlessly. But don't fall for it—it’s all a scam. I regret choosing Livspace. You're better off going anywhere else. Save yourself the stress and frustration!
