Water-borne ailments are spreading more and more with each passing day. In such circumstances, it’s best not to take any chances with your health. Therefore, I sold my old basic water purifier and bought the advanced Livpure Envy Pro Plus. In the past one year, Envy Pro has been effectively cleaning the tap water efficiently to give us safe drinking water.
Until now, the RO water purifier works perfectly. Since, we didn’t need servicing, I am not aware of their service ethics. Although, I think it’s time we should get it looked at. The customer care number is mentioned on the display panel. I am hoping the service unit is as good as the product.
