Lime n' lemony Liril. Review on Liril Soap

I know the words ''lime 'n' lemony'' go with Limca and not with Liril..but then...all the L's look well together, don't they??

I simply love Liril! The smell, the colour, the clean and fresh (no pun intended here!!) feel it gives after I finish my bath...I just love everything about it.

I first bought this soap because of the nice fresh looking green colour..and ofcourse because of the old ad!! ;-) I flipped for the fresh fragranceof the soap too, as it was/is different from all those artificial soap-soap smelling soaps that smell like....like....soap (ofcourse!!)! The fresh smell of lime, the dark green streaks on the fresh light green soap adds a bit of something to it (I couldnt imagine Liril another colour!). However, of late I dont think it smells quite the same...or perhaps I have been put off by that little blue they use on their soap covers these days (it used to be different shades of green with a bit of yellow in it!).

It is a soap worth trying out. However,let me warn you...my wife has a strong argument that it makes her skin go dark. I am not sure about that..but then, it is hazardous to argue with one's wife...so I take her word for it!!
