I just got the green tea from lipton.I have tried green tea before but this flavour is awesome.Green tea helps you to lower your blood pressure and reduce your heart rate to normal.Having green tea with some yoga is the best thing to help reduce fat and refesh you.
I liked the taste of honey and leamon, it is very refreshing.If you smoke, I suggest you to have it without milk and sugar it will not taste that good but its good for your health.
