Its a madhouse that they are running here instead of a diagnostics center. They want patients to do stress test when the patient is fasting. Their xray technician was on leave and they had no clue about. Least to say their customer service skills are horrible. No arrangements for breakfast for corporate patients who come for both pre and post fasting tests. Hygiene of bedsheets and beds was absolutely sub standard and filthy. The technicians who do the test don’t have basic courtesy with patients. They did not have some facilities included in the package within the center. So guess what they have a filthy maruti van to cart patients from one clinic to another which is more than a few kms away and was even more pathetic. Doctor couldn’t even speak english. It can be compared to a sub standard government Hospital department. I cancelled my package half way through. Their basics like card machines are also not working.
Please NEVER GO HERE. Waste of time, money and health.
