Lifebuoy Lemon Fresh Body Wash has an overpowering lemon fragrance that borders on nausea. It feels more like bathing in a lemon-scented cleaning product rather than a body wash. The artificial smell lingers for hours, leaving me with a headache. Definitely not a refreshing experience for the senses.
