**I think this is the best policy for the children which a parent can aspire for his child.This gives the guaranteed return of Rs.75.00 per thousand Sum Assured which is highest among all Life Insurance Cos.Apart from this this policy provides parts of Sum Assured at regular interval of 2 years from the age of 18 years.
Though LIC offers minimum Sum Assured as Rs.100000.00, I am of the view that this policy should be purchased for at least 500000 SumAssured, only then it will be beneficial for the child's education or any other expenses at that time.It has also the benefit of Premium waiver in case of proposer's early demise .This policy also provides coverage to the Proposer and in case of his early demise an amount 20% of the Sum Assured is paid to the child for his relief.**
