Librarywala are very new (compared to say, easylib which claim to have been around for 7 years), so their customer service is extremely good.
Their registration process was simple, easy and error-free.Their customer service dept called me *2 minutes* after I registered
(I'm not kidding!), wanting to help me clear any doubts and queries. They practically hand-held me through the whole process of registration and payment,
Their follow-up after registration is excellent! They noticed that I'd not asked for a book to be delivered even after I chose and added many to my queue, so they called me and asked me which ones I'd prefer to have delivered.
Their delivery is *speedy*! I got my first book less than 24 hours after I registered.Their website is slow. Added books to the queue takes ages, as does searching for a book.They have a limited collection of books, but this is not a big concern right now because they're very new.Their website usability is a bit clunky, and they haven't yet added synopses for many of their books.Overall, a *much more pleasant* experience than easylib.
