I had bought LG Window AC-1.5T -3START few years back at Jamnagar Gujarat for 28K. After having bought the ac in cash the vendor delivered the AC at my home few days after. But installation people were not available and was told that they shall be available within few days which went on to become 2 weeks. When the people came to install they asked me to get the space corrected in the wall as the dimension was not matching.
They said that they cannot do the changes and it has to be done by me. Later on when I did mad ethe changes through the mason and carpenter they again came and told me to get the extra wires as the existing wires were not sufficient for connection. It was very frustrating that they told everything in installment and this was never told me before buying the AC. Later on when the installation was done they asked for paying them 400rs which was not at all discussed and I was told that installation was free.
