I have been using this product for 2 years. and it is working perfectly. I have not used other brand's ACs but I can say that LG will not make to regret your decision. LG gives one of the best customer service after sales. So you can go for this air conditioner without worry. I have LG 1.5 ton 3 star AC and it is more than enough for my 11*13 size room. My room does not have open roof exposed to Sun and no walls too. I set the temperature at 25-26 and it makes me to sleep comfortably.
