I am using this LG AC since one and half years. This Air conditioner is very powerful at this price range. The room gets cool down very quickly, if doors and windows are properly closed. I found that this Air Conditioner is little bit noisy but that doesn't matter because of its low cost. Built quality of this AC is pretty much nice and looks great. But one thing is disappointed me that its condenser is not too much durable because it provide Aluminium Coil and that coil gets leaks very quickly after just 13 months, specially out door units coil due to heat of sun and that leak was not repaired by welding because it is Aluminium metal.That why we need to change the condenser if it gets leak and cost of the condenser and Freon gas is near about Rs(4500 to 5000). If the LG can just consider on this drawback of this AC and replace that with copper coil(which is just repaired by welding) than this product is gets amazing. During the warranty period LG provides very good Service& Support, they send their engineers within 2 to 3 days, and they are very kind and supportive. Overall this product is good. That's all.
