HELLO FRIENDS, I brought this LG 6KG AUTOMATIC FRONT LOAD WASHING MACHINE 5 months ago for my mother, on 25 thoushand it is not good wahing machine for a joint family, so this waching machine created a big problem for me, it cannot take load more than 12 clothes which is its biggest negative point.
it is not at all user friendly, it make lot of sound while it is running and consumes a lot of energy, the sound produce can be heard from one corner of my house to the other corner, which is worst thing I liked in this washing machine, specially when it is over loaded.
LG product are of good quality and is a long time investment, but I dont know why they have not done in this product, it has a very poor built quality, people will be very disappointed after buying this washing machine.
compare to other washing machine in the market this one is much more handy and comfortable for traveling or shifting, which is only the good thiing I liked in this product.
Style and design was only the reason I brought this washing machine, but I know the thing which looks good from out are worst from inside and its working is also very poor.
its service and support is also very poor and I did not liked it, I complained to the service center 3 times and they said that there is no problem with the washing machine.
thsi is not at all value for money product, and I request you please dont buy this product, please
