NEVER EVER ATTEND LG CNS interviews. WASTE of YOUR Valuable TIME
For any position in LG CNS, there will be a Round to test your Communication skills, Even though you are a Hard core Programmer, Developer, Manager, Team Lead with 6+ or 7+ years of Experience. They don't test your Programming skills, Leader ship Qualities, Or anything else that you are strong at. They Just Shortlist candidates to technical round after checking your communication skills( Most suitable Candidates -BPO, Telemarketing, Call center guys without any Technical Knowledge can get this job very easily.) .
Almost 50 people attended for TEAM LEAD, MANAGERS, BUSINESS ANALYSTS, with 5+ and 6+ Years of Experience were Got rejected in the first round( the Communication skill Test Round). It is like wasting your valuable time.
Even though you are good at speaking decent English, HR manager, Mr MANJU KUMAR, Resident of Karnataka( thinks that he's from UK, Australia) rejects you saying that " WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE GOOD AT SPEAKING ENGLISH"
THE MOST HILARIOUS PART: Mr MANJU KUMAR, Himself cannot speak basic English and he is one who conducts the initial round of interview. God only know's what he's uttering( We cannot make out whether it is English or SPANISH).
Later I got rejected by Mr MANJU KUMAR, and I was just Googling about LG CNS REVIEWS and surpised to see 90% of Negative reviews for a LEVEL-5 MNC.( on Glassdoor Website) .
