I have purchased more than 12 lenses from Lenskart. It included branded sunglasses to some power lenses. I had so far no issues earlier, but my view got U-turn after purchasing progressing power lens from it. Since there was offer of one free on one. I spend 18k for two. One glass I can use only to read book having close to chest, working on laptop in any position is impossible. There was eye checkup person assigned to me, he created progressive lens order. Raised several complain to him, but was holding complain to him self and returning same lens back to me. Anyway second pair of lens (frameless) was working so I was relaxed. After four month, I was shaking glass to get rid of dirt and it broke.
There is no warranty of any-kind on lenskart. If there is concern on power, they can fix in 14 days(which cleverly checkup person exhausted and not let me to make official complain). Absolutely no warranty on glass quality etc.
