Let me list down the issues
Very high power setting on my glasses, actually it is swapped between the specs. This caused serious health issues and migraine, this is very dangerous to you, and your family as if you drive with wrong powered lenses
Another store did not test my power even though I had insisted(lenskart sector 46 Noida) and specs had very low power relatively.
I arranged a home eye test(because I lost trust in the stores) which is good and placed an exchange order, which is not yet delivered and no updates further.
They take a hell lot of time to process returns and refund as they aren't worried about the customer base
The quality of lenses and frames is always compromised and you don't know the brand they are using unlike in Titan EyePlus
Upload photo files with .jpg, .png and .gif extensions. Image size per photo cannot exceed 10 MB
