My first order with lensekart was on 2019. I was happy with the quality of services,
On 2022 I revisited lensekart for newer glass. They did all the test and determined the power of my lenses. Only problem was power was wrong. I had problem with that glass. Hence I asked them for correction. They said wait for 10 days to get adjusted. Even after 10 days there was difficulty in reading. hence I went to another hospital. They found out that the power is wrong. there is a difference of 0 .5 .
Like Oyo, Quality of their service is also deteriorating
