Lenskart.com is an online shopping website where we can buy designer sunglasses, power sunglasses, reading glasses, stylish eyewears, prescription sunglasses, etc. Here, I'm gonna say my true experience with Lenskart.com.
Firstly, the delivery of the product took almost more than 3 weeks due to some delay which is much worse than I have desired.
Secondly, when I opened the seal of the box in which the frame was delivered, I found that it was already broken and quality was not at all good. And I felt very much disappointed.
Thirdly, customer service is much poor as I asked for a refund and it took almost a month to get the money in my bank account.
So, I would recommend not to buy spectacles from this online shopping website rather buy it from shops near your location. Thank you.
