Here I do facing an issue with guntur lakshmipuram branch
I had purchased an optical to my child in u r store at April 19 2022 and they do charged 4032 for the purchase
As my child was not satisfied and the vision was not clear and I had gone for exchange and asked to return my amount and they said u will get a link through that u will be refunded .I do got a link of 1463 rupees refund . As I had paid an amount of 4032 they had send me refund of 1463 I asked this to u executive and he said it was technically error and I will pay u manually can u please visit after next three days I said ok and I had gone to dealer after three days he again saying the same thing so I had a dought and asked for manager and his name is ramakrishna I explained the bad experience which was happened in u r dealer and he asked for time to pay me manually since it was about 6 months and I did not get even a single rupee from u r dealer , and the major thing they are not answering my calls and not responding to my messages , and now they blocked number
