You all hear that the lenovo is the best brand in the Laptop company but very less number of people knows the reality of their services.
It's really very simple to say you all that the service provided by lenovo is totally wirst.
Actually last month I bought Lenovo laptop from a Lenovo retailer from Kanpur and they told me you will get additional 3 year warranty for your laptop if you are paying 1999 Rs. more, I gave but after 1 week the speaker start shouting and stop working so I called to Lenovo customer care and told him the problem then they told me that we can't send an engineer because it's not a big problem but if you have any other kind of issue please tell me We will definitely help you.
So I again call but same answer I got from them.
You can buy Lenovo laptop at your own risk because they will help or not can't say.
