This is a good laptop. I have ever use it . Usually works good for 6 months after buying but the service is not good dur to which I got embarrassed. Good ram and also works fast but when I connected it to internet usually gets slow. I can contact the customer care and they said me that sorry sir we cant do anything. Battery backup was not also good as I desire. If u wanna to buy it plzz read firstly reviews and then buy it. Other wise you will also get embarassed and think why we buy that. This is my sayings about this laptop and if you read this please dont buy.
