Why do we have to buy such 3rd class company products.i think buying a china made is better than brands like Lenovo who has been giving such kind of S>H>I>T> services .sorry but the pain of hard earned money will never been realized by these multi million profit making companies.
these companies only plays the marketing games and attract customers, ignores that an individual purchases the product with the hard earned money with lot of trust . we need to make sure by sharing such articles to greater audiences so none are getting into trap of such companies .i would urge people to share the Fwd the article to as many people and create an impact

I write this in a state of Utter Frustration and deep sense of Disgust, and do sincerely hope that Immediate Action is taken by yourselves by taking up the issue with internal departments.
While on the one hand, we undertake your brand with great trust and Goodwill, in keeping with the Organisation’s efforts to optimize right Spends- I would also like to draw your Critical Attention to the utterly frustrating experience I had with Customer service team.
I’m sure several of other customers of a reputed brand like Lenovo would have had similar harrowing experiences- and would urge you to take it up strongly with the higher Management.
It is a shame for a Corporate company to be treated roughly, lightly and I feel insulted- despite making several requests & follow-ups .
Further, the team has also severely Damaged Lenovo own reputation by the responses and closing the case without even contacting the customer - and I would like to claim the refund of the same and would not like Lenovo in our office? On complain no # 8002473544(3) you CC Staff on call after 3 follow ups debated with me, argued with me for over ½ hour convince me to sort the issue out which was not ok with.?
They refused to take note on the continuous follows up and damaged getting caused due to the system issue. When I requested for the manager to join the call initial the team tried convince me but later Mr Andrew joined the call and started convincing me to sort the matter but all goes to waste if things are not closed after two to three attempts.
After this experience - I would request you to have LENOVO as the last option to buy.

1) 1st complain logged and your CC team had informed that a service engineer will visit
2) Engineer visited our place and informed that there is a part issue with the system and same will be ordered
3) 2nd follow up via email – the response was we have ordered the part once we receive we will fix the issue
4) 3rd follow up via call- we have received the part and we will come and fix the issue today
5) 4th call – The customer is in Pune and he is not aware on the issue …complain closed(Your CC team contacted wrong person wrong company and closed the matter)
6) 5th call – we have closed the call as customer is not aware on the issue .
7) Today Jan 24th the engineer re-visited and said the problem is something else and it might take few more days to sort the matter .
What I need is, take your product back and refund my money .I will reach to consumer court .Publish articles about your services if the refund is not provided ….
