Hello. I have bought this laptop from flipkart a year ago. Within few months the laptop became slow with hanging problem. The laptop buttom got damage. Many bottoms are not working properly. The usb port at the left side is also not working.
I am totally not satisfied with this laptop. Their are many problem in this particular laptop.
Obiously this is not a value for money product. There are many other product at this price range with are more powerful and efficient.
Talking about their customer service, I felt disappointed. They dont give proper advice regarding my issue. Calling time is also very high.
At last I would say that dont go for thia product.
