Please beware of Lenovo
They are white collar frauds! Nobody is buying their faulty products so they are offering fake things(so called gifts) which they don’t actually give you!
When I purchased my Lenovo notebook they said that they would gift a printer(or a mobile depending upon your choice) and they didn’t mention anywhere in the ad that they would give it to "first 1500" people. Instead they said that it is an "assured gift".
After two weeks of purchase I got an email from Sajit Joy where he "regretted" about not sending the printer. But I have already sent them Rs. 750 as handling charges( they didn’t mention about it either on their ad).
Apart from this fraud case their so called customer service is as poor as hell. Don’t take my word and call them at their toll free number and say that your laptop has a problem. Within a second their voice would change and they would start treating you like a trash.
My notebook’s model number is 7761-45Q and serial number is MA63FT2.
I wish I could buy from a bestseller like Dell or HP.
