I am a lender on this site since 1 year and I regret being one. I have 3 active borrowers:
- First one(named S. Chandru) has not paid a single EMI since January 2017 and Lendbox has not done anything about it. Worse they do not reposnd to email or phone call either. All they did was send me a pre-signed blank cheque from the borrower which obviuosly bounced.
2. Second one who defaults every alternative month(and Lendbox does not do anything about it). They don't have any tracking systems to mark an emi as paid or pending either.
- Third one has defaulted once or twice but there was nothing Lendbox could do.
In Summary
They do not have a good EMI tracking system or a good recovery mechanism or even a customer service that will respond to you after disbursal of loans.
So Lenders stay away.
