I am a lender in Lendbox. I am facing many issues and ending up in following up with this team. They will never track the borrowers EMI properly and not respond to your mails. I am facing issues with so many borrowers who are not paying money ontime and simply escape from loan where Lendbox will not take any action on the borrowers and never respond to mails. Worst customer care. If you have patience of following up with the borrowers and getting your money back, then only it is good platform. I stopped by experiencing all these. Very bad support.
