I made a booking few days before my journey date with Lemon Travels through RedBus.
The quality of the bus was good
They arrived 15 mins late for the pick-up and they delay further continued till the bus left Bangalore city.
The vendor was supposed to give out snacks and water relying on which I didn't packed my water bottle. Upon boarding I learnt that they don't have enough stock on the bus and I had to suffer for whole of my journey.
The destination point was shown as "Miyapur" and the bus crew mentioned that the bus would never go to "Miyapur" and I had to get down at "Mehdipatnam" and make my personal arrangements there on. Either the Vendor(Lemon Travels) or RedBus should fix this immediately and be transparent on the locations where the passengers can get down. I had a good experience with RedBus in the past and will try more rides with them, if the experience continues I will have to start with other sites who can stand more reliable
