Laxmi papace is a heritage hotel in jaipur located nearby the railway station. It is a good budget hotel if someone comes for a visit.
We had gone for a holiday in jaipur and booked the hotel for one noght though makemytrip. Of you go to book offline it will cost a little more. The price was okayish not too high.
Coming to the ambience and everything first of all the hotel is located in the lane and you have to take an auto or some other transport to go there. First we were shown shown a room in the ground floor and then on the second floor to decide which room to choose. Although there was no rush during the peak season.
The staff was good and we asked them to book a cab for us to tour around jaipur. The rate was also okay. The driver given by them was good and friendly.
We had also ordered food in our room at one time and rate was a little expensive. The food was not upto the mark. It was not hot inspite of the restaurant being on the same floor. Ordering food there is a bad idea. Apart from that the ambience of the hotel was not bad nor good. The light inside the hotel was a little dim so that is a backdrop. Inside the rooms also there was light issue and even by switching on all the light there was no brightness. Also there was constant sound coming maybe from the terrace or someplace and it was a little disturbing.
Overall it was not a pleasant experience. In a nutshell the hotel is inside a lane, food not so good and brightness issues.
