I dont think looking at its less price you should buy.
the eyeliner clamps after some time.the liquid become dry and forms particles.
the applicator is attached with the opener.some hairs in the applicator are not uniformly mingled.so its difficult to apply and form a line on eyes.
its not waterproof.
one thing is good that it give a super black finish.
its my first eyeliner I have ever used & I stopped using it.am using some good waterproof matte eyeliners.for me am not a fan of liquid eyeliners specially those which are not even waterproof.
