This is a good product and can be applied to both lip and cheek as it is both lip and cheek tint and I think it is the cheapest lip and cheek tint available in India.it is in a cream formulation and becomes powdery when it dries so it is totally matte and is completely weightless and the applicator provided by it is really good and makes the application easier.and the product is really pigmented and it stayed for 5-6 hrs on me.the colour options available are also good.just the problem with me was I orderes a colour not very appropriate for my skin tone.but in overall a really good product.
