I bought kurl on spine therapy in 2019 thinking that it might help me as a slip disc patient.But to my surprise it increased my pain and I kept complaining but no response received . And due to lock down later it was not attended . I had to discard Later again with lots of trust I bought pure coir one in 2021 but within 6 months sagging started . I registered a complaint . They kept me asked me for videos . I sent . They rejected many times saying video is not right. After sending for 5-6 times at last they accepted sagging but said that it is tolerable level so won't replace . Absolutely ridiculous ! Such a big name and they are fooling people..I spent 34, 000 both times . I lost my hard earned money and invited more trouble for my back. As a senior citizen with no much earnings I felt cheated inspite of sending a big amount . Anyone wants to buy please do not go for kurl on. They will never give any replacement eventhough they promise warranty etc. Worst customer care ever for such a big name .
