I need Kotak Securites grievance contact details. Kotak Securites customer care don't know anything and keep fooling -'service.securities@kotak.com';'customerservice@kotaksecurities.com'; if someone have any contacts, please let me know,
I have been following with Kotal Securites for changing my Bank Account details. I have submitted all the required docuemnt so many times during last 6 month. Customer care people and Branch & Agent guys are not aware of the process and they are keep fooling the customers. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH KOTAK Securites.
Refer - my bank change request Query No. 3280284 and 3407747 for grievence.No one responded to me on this.

I wanted to update my address and submitted all the documents as instructed by Gurgaon Branch. Directly sent the document to Mumbai on my expense, but no use. They don't bother. I am going to close this account.
