I have a been customer of Kotak PMS for last 2 years now and have been a night mare experience. I hold 2 PMS accounts and the investment is quite high. Unfortunate thing is that while signing the contract they promised the heaven and reality is Kotak cares a damn for their customers. RM's keep on changing with no accountability and no transparency.
You feel like you are being taken for a ride with darkness into the system, none to provide transparency. Horrible customer service with toll free numbers which are never reachable, Not sure how Kotak claims as best service award winner for their customers. You dont know who your RM is ...Call center is never reachable and you are always in Queue...Where the hell on the earth will you go if you dont have a RM and call center is dead center?
I really appeal to all the top management of Kotak to see the ground reality of their nightmare and horrible service. You guys are playing with our hard earned money. I dont mind publishing this experience of mine in all the news papers, but would like to give a fair chance to the Kotak about their reasoning for this. Till date I dont know who my RM is and my RM has changed 4-5 times after I signed a contract then I realized that its the problem with the organization itlself and not the RM's. If anyone has thoughts of signing a contract with PMS, please be carefull before you enter into contract.
