As it happens oftenly, in starting kotak life insurance offered me a life insurance policy telling hundered of benefits. But as the time passed away, I realise that it is only a load of pressure on mind and life, nothing alse. Almost 3 years before I purchased 2 kotak life insurance policies one for me and same one for my wife. I was paying regular installments, but accidentally after 2 years I had some financial problems, due to that i'ld not paid installments at time . After this, customer
care executives are ringing my phone very aggressively at a daily routine, they get feel me like, I m a criminal and i've done my life's blunder mistake.
They only pressurized me a lot and afterall this i've to change my old mobile number to get rid from kotak's customer care executives.
I'ld never ever suggest kotak life insurance policy, to anyone even my enemies. God please forgive me for, taking this wrong decision of my life.
