Hey guys before using kotak mahindra banks credit card please check before weather the transaction is going up to the mark or not, because I became a bait of using the credit card by kotak mahindra bank. I had an account in kotak mahindra bank which I had deposited nearly 50, 000 rupees for my sisters wedding, At the time there is only one atm center of kotak mahindra bank in our area so I visited into the ATM and stared withdrawing the money from the machine .
After few minutes I had show that I had zero balance in my account and I am unable to withdraw the money. Without wasting the time I informed the service center and said about the issues and they said my account has sufficient balance which is nearly 70, 000 rupees .
After few days I had my on line shopping for the marriage, with the debit card which I had from kotak mahindra while doing the shopping in on line which I stared paying the money with I my card it again shown that my account had no balanced so I cannot buys the product which I had opted . Make sure before using the credit card provided my kotak mahidra bank.
