Hi friends, before one year I applied online to open account of Kotak Mahindra bank. after some days two boys came to me and told they were staff of bank. they told me inns and outs of banks. I was surplussed to know term and condition of bank. initially minimum deposit should be 10000 Rs. which was rather high. while other bank deposit only 1000 rs.
kotak bank provide high interest about 6% but service charge of net banking, mobile banking and atm are rather high . boys told me about its credit card. its annual charge are very high. I was not willing to take credit card after knowing its inns and outs. there are only two Kotak atm in my city which are away from my home. overall I refused to open account of Kotak mahindra bank.
