I opened a Savings a/c at Kotak Mahindra Bank about 2 months ago.One of my friend suggedted me to open an a/c as they are offering many better plans .Jst fraud in name of better plans.
When I went to open an a/c all staffs even the bank manager ownself meet me & told about thrir plans.After that thei lr original face opened.
After opening a/c every single time I went they jst ignored.Help is do far.Al of them make a rude behaviour. And sbout those plans! .There many terms & conditions about the plans which were not clesrly told to me.Very disappointing. As a result 1000 rupees started to be debited from my a/c for every month. Now I have closed the bank a/c.Nver get on their trap. Its better to open an a/c on SBI.
