Kotak mahendra bank is a private bank. It also give phone banking net banking and other ATM availability is less but you can use other bank ATM.If I will say about customer service so it is nice no any problem in service and interest rate is also high in this bank that is 5% below 1 lakh and about 6% above 1 lakh so if you thinking to deposit your money in this bank so you can deposit if I will say about loan from the bank so interest rate is high as compare to other PSB(public sector banks). In Kotak Mahendra Bank is you will feel as a special as compare to PSB by there services.
