Thsi is not one of bank or financial institution, you can bank upon. So far as phone banking is concerned, whenever you are going to open an account in this bank, they will follow you on daily basis, but at latter stage no due response is used to be given by them. there is wide range of communication gap between the bank and its customers. However availability of ATMs is not a big problem, it has very limitted ATMs in any city, town or Metropolitis. after having telephonic conversation betwen the bank and the customer, whenever any one meets the bank officials at the branch, their response are not up to the mark.
