Hello everyone today I am going to write my review on Kotak Mahindra Bank which is a bank present in India but not a very popular Bank among the people this bank is not so popular because of its low grade services and less amount of interest paid on saving accounts even I tried to open one of my savings account in this Bank online but do you know what happened with me I fill up the form completely ok and till today I haven't got any response till today I was very disappointed with the services provided.
Just think about it that why do you provide an online service or any service that which you cannot fulfill upto why do you provide such a service there is no need for such service because it just makes life a problematic function. We want to make things easy we want everything just like easy in our life and what they do they make it difficult for us to just having a simple Bank account or savings account in the bank it was hard to see that what they are doing with our efforts.
why am I single this well well let me tell you that I personally went to some of my friends who are the customers of this Bank recently and I ask them about the functions the customer services ATMs and everything which word related to the bank do you know what was the result and what was their experiences about this Bank well let's first talk about the banking mobile banking service which is I must tell you the worst thing of this Bank my friends told me that mobile banking was was a great mistake that they done because I don't know they were not able to understand what was the complexity of this transaction of money with the mobile banking or something else but it was problematic thing for them to use the mobile banking system because of its complexity and the slow network system. I mean that I have to go to the bank by myself to check that whether have my money been transact transacted or white haven't been transacted to the place where I want it to go so is that what money mobile banking for that you have to go by yourself to ask for the transaction maybe that isn't for it.
The next use the ATM well I haven't seen any near me so I don't need to ask any of my friends about the ATMs even though I asked but then also it wasn't required because I found in and around me in the area of around 5 km I didn't find any of the Kotak Mahindra Bank ATM it wasn't available at any place.
Overall this bank is the most of them all because there is no good customer service no ATMs near me and mobile banking and internet banking makes it for you to live a happy life believe me. Good day.
