In the name of online banking Kotak has cheated me .In the advertisment they said zero balance but in actual I have to keep minimum balance of Rs 10, 000.I was not aware of this and they debited Rs 336 from my account when I complained this to customer care then they told me that this is normal account and you account will be converted to zero balance account after 6 months.These schemes they don' t tell me while opening account.This is completly cheating.
This is very frustating from Kotak bank.Finally I decided to withdraw my money from account and asked to close it instantly.Its arround 15 days my account is not closed yet. I also visited at branch they told me that it will be closed soon.
