I placed an order a few hours ago and wanted to cancel one product out of two. But then a friend asked me to call the customer care as Koovs.com credits points and does not refund in bank account. When I did call and reached, after a series of pressing numbers, to the point we get to speak to their executive, it said they are not available.
I mailed them and very promptly received - ticket generated team will reach out in 24-48 hours, but again, the wonderful policy is to cancel orders within 24 hours.
Online services dont mean bad customer care.
Rather no care.
