KOOVS ARE CHEATERS!I used to shop here often. Found one of the product defective. They are not refunding. There is no progress too. WORST app when it it comes to refunding. It is not a small amount. How can they cheat customers. Please don't buy anything from this site.. I'm repeating... They are cheaters cheaters cheaters.. It had been 2 months they did not refund. Seriously I want my money back. These culprits are cheating.
