Usually people don't check bank statements but yes this happen to me twice. My order at KOOVS shows refunded but no money was sent to my bank. I was low at account balance those days so itr was easy to know that no money was transferred to me. I got to know about this and called KOOVS where no one was able to help for 2 orders worth RS 3500. Please guys check for your orders too, as this will also be your case in some orders. Don't let KOOVS cheat your money,
