I had ordered from koovs on 7th oct. And havent received it till date...they dont help...nor followup...when i asked them to cancel n refund, they cant even do that as product is not delivered....when tracking with SCM courier(one of the worst courier) they lied to me everyday saying 101% it will be delivered today but no...noone turn up...please be aware...i made a mistake...ho for some other app but not this
