I ordered a floral Cuban shirt on the 21st of June. Today is the 28th of July. Aftervrepated calls to customer care, the only thing that they could tell me is that they are sorry and that their wherehouse is shifting. Even if the wherehouse is shifting, how is it fair for a online fashion company to keep you waiting for ONE shirt for more than A MONTH. When asked for a approximate date within which my shirt would be delivered, they couldn't even tell me that. By now, I think I have given up and I don't think it's worth it to wait any longer. Very bad service. I did not expect this at all from Koovs.
