This is really not a place to to buy from. I bought a Tommy Hilfiger Men's Wallet worth 2599 at 599. After making payment I was not sent the product for 2 weeks and only after I called up I learned that the product is not available and thats wht it is delayed and will be shipped in 2 days. Later they called me and told that the color which I chosse is not available and gave me a different option I said sent it atleast. to mt surprise the product sent was not the same quality which was offered. It was not even worth 600. After that when I complained they said that they will arrange a reverse pickup and I asked to do so(over mail) but now no body is responding from there side.

I am still waiting to hear on this. I was told on 30th Jan that a reverse pickup will be arranged and my complaint will be resolved after that.


Could you please let me know How many days/Month or year I have to wait for this.I placed my order on 8th of Jan and its now almost 2 1/2 month.


Also please do let me know If you are not able to resolve this.
