KM Player is one of the free multimedia playback software available or Microsoft windows operating system. It has almost all the essential features of a multimedia player.
The first thing you notice about the KM Player is the interface itself. IT has the simplest user interface with minimum menus and buttons. The normal skin is a bluish dark theme. But you can download more themes from the KM Player website. The most important thing about this player is the speed of executing the software. When you double click on a media KM player initializes itself with in 2 or 3 seconds, While VLC takes more than 6 seconds on any fast machine. Also you KMP supports a shole bunch of codecs, so that you can play any kind of media files easily.
The playback is also very smooth and easily controllable. All the necessary icons for control are located on the main window itself. There are also some helpful short cuts also. Only disadvantage I felt is unlike VLC KMP does not have a windows store application that is optimized for touch friendly devices. Otherwise it is one of the most complete media players and a must have for everyone.
