I had ordered one Kinetic Nova
from Raja Motors, Chandanagar, Hyderabad (one of the sub-dealers of Surya Wheels, Erragadda , Hyderabad) in first week May and gave Rs. 45, 000 towards the vehicle, accessories &
Helmet. After 3-4 days, he made us the delivery of vehicle with no
papers/accessories/helmet. The vehicle was found to be defective. The petrol
tank was leaking and the connection from tank to engine was broken. There was
a **piece of CLOTH** tied over
there. This clearly shows lack of quality of Kinetic products. I have given the
vehicle back to Raja Motors.
He refused to replace the vehicle
and asked me to talk to his primary dealer, Surya Wheels. Surya wheels after 3-4
telephone follow-ups (contact person: Ramesh), also refused to cater. Then I
asked the number for Kinetic Area sales manager, Ravi. He only did lip-service but nothing concrete. Then I
received a call from Kinetic, Surendra, who identified himself from some
grievance cell. But all promises, no action.
I made several phone calls to their Pune office and talked to Kinetic MD's secretary, but to no avail. Just lip service, no action. After several days, I recieved call from Surendra that vehicle has come, but the dealer is not picking up the consignment. During this whole episode, I was never contacted by Kinetic dealers. NO VEHICLE to-date, NO INVOICE, NO PAPERS, NO ACCESSORIES.The vehicle is with Kinetic godown in Raniganj, Hyderabad,
nobody bothered to call me up to update me on this since a month now.
I went for Kinetic not HONDA activa Because there was a waiting time of 15 days for active. But for my Kinetic, its been a month, I havent recieved the vehicle. Also the company as such is not at all customer focussed or professional.
I would suggest to go for HOnda Vehicles or Bajaj. I am stuck as I have already paid up and they would not refund me my money. So I have to live with the pain. Even if I get my vehicle after n days, still for servicing, I have to be dependednt on pathetic dealerships of Kinetic.
